What is there to say about gentleman, legend, multi-talented family man Clint Boon that hasn’t been said already? Well, here’s one thing that’s never been said before; he’s the superstar DJ at the first ever Rock and Respite!
When asked what inspired him to get involved, this is what he told us:
“The line up for the Rock & Respite gig at Sound Control is like my fantasy line up in terms of upcoming, about-to-break talent. It’s proof that this region of our’s remains constantly prolific and dynamic in its music making; even when we’re not under the media magnifying glass. Steve Campbell has been talking about doing this sort of event for a while now. It’s brilliant that he’s made it happen. It’s also a great testament to his character that the cream of Manchester and The North’s new breed have thrown themselves behind it too. I’m proud to be involved.”
